Hello, My Friends!~~
Today we made it to the DC Big Flea at the Capitol Expo Center in Chantilly, VA! Due to the snow in the morning, darling Hubby offered to drive me and my neighbor's daughter to my favorite winter event! I stink at driving in snow, even very little snow. Now as fate would have it, the sun came out before noon and melted everything! Hubby did find a goodie for himself at the Big Flea so his trip wasn't just as chauffeur.
Here is my haul for the day...
Our first stop was at the Truffle Pigs booth. OMG! Kim, Debbie, and Stacy sure know how to tempt a girl! I found these fabulous trims, bunnies, and buttons in thier booth. If I had won the Mega Millions lottery I would have cleared the whole booth out! The sweet sewing book in back was one of my favorite finds of the day! The graphics are divine!
More buttons, lots of fabrics, and a coupld of cute chicks!
Vintage Mercury glass beads, ornaments, and gorgeous millinery flowers!
And I was thrilled to stop at Trina's booth! She is of the wonderful The Paper Flea Market! I loaded up on a bag full of fabulousness including this darling thread holder!
I had such a great time that I am planning on going back on Sunday!~~~XXOO, Beth

Dang! Good finds..and awesome that hubby offered to drive (I hate the snow too). Two questions..is that a LARGE Uncle Sam spun head and is that beaded creature (next to the red bunny) headed to Etsy? Just asking...

Fabulous finds. I snuck off to my favorite antique store for some vintage goodies this afternoon. I'm definitely envious of your stash.

You are a lucky lady! I can't wait to see what you make from all these goodies. Just super jealous.

Beth, You did it again. What a haul yesterday and you are probably walking thru the aisles as I type.....you lucky duck. Those buttons are awesome and the few earrings I spy are wonderful. I have a jean and sweater outfit that'd go great with those blue and rhinestone starburst....hhmmm.

Gorgeous! I love your blog - have just found it via Apron Thrift Girl. I am quite new to the blogging world and began my own last year. Pop past if you have a chance. I do adore your recent thrifting finds! xo

Stacey here from Truffle Pigs. It was so wonderful to see you again. Sorry we didn't get to chat longer-the mad crush in our booth was a bit overwhelming! Thanks for stopping by and the pics of your "haul" look fab!
